Basic Home Watch
Your Investment:
$65/month
We’ll check in on your home 4 times a month. Please see ALL the areas that will be covered, listed below.*
No contract involved.
Home Watch PLUS Exterior Cleaning
Your Investment:
$90/month with a 6-month membership
We’ll do all the services included in our Basic Home Watch* package, AND we’ll professionally pressure wash the exterior of your home and clean all the outside windows during the month before you return.
Don't Lift a Finger - Full Service
Your Investment:
$115/month with a 6-month membership
All the great benefits of our Basic Home Watch* package, PLUS, a professional pressure wash for the exterior of your home, AND the basic House Cleaning. ADDITIONALLY, we’ll give your windows and blinds the
full Testerman’s cleaning treatment. This will include the inside and outside of all windows, tracks and screens, and our ultrasonic blind cleaning.
*Home Watch takes place 4 times a month and INCLUDES:
Weekly
- Window, door, and slider locks checked and not broken
- Interior mold and mildew check
- Power set to "on" for the home
- Refrigerator and freezer working properly
- Irrigation system is operating, and settings are in place
- Removal of newspaper, phone books, and solicitation material from the front door
- Walk around exterior and interior looking for mold and insects
- House temperature does not exceed 82 degrees
- Look under all sinks for water leaks
- Check laundry room
- Water interior plants
- Walk-through each room
- Check garage and vehicles
- Ensure that lawn service is being performed
- Check for storm damage
- Open and close garage doors
- Clear entryway of debris, bugs, etc.
- Run the dishwasher through the rinse cycle
- Charge golf cart and take for a short ride
- Check on smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
- Check hot water settings
- Do an exterior perimeter check
Monthly
- Run water for all sinks and tubs
- Check and change A/C filters
- Check electrical panel
- Flush all toilets
